Fasili Boniphace is a passionate and highly experienced Entrepreneurship Consultant and Business Development Services Provider (BDSP) with over 13 years of full-time professional practice. He is deeply committed to supporting the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Tanzania, with an ambitious vision to empower 5,000 profitable MSMEs by 2030.
He is the Founder of Coaching Success and Consulting Ltd., a firm dedicated to transforming entrepreneurial ideas into thriving businesses through strategic coaching, mentoring, and capacity-building programs.
Fasili is a Certified Small and Medium Enterprises Consultant (CSMEC) and an Accredited Facilitator of Youth Entrepreneurship under the International Labour Organization’s KAB programme.
Since launching his BDSP career in 2011, Fasili has helped more than 2,500 startup ideas turn into real businesses. His visionary impact was recognized in April 2013, when he was honored as a “Young Visionary Entrepreneur” by Indiafrica: A Shared Future, representing Tanzania in New Delhi for his work in entrepreneurship education for SMEs.
